What Are Process and Document Needed For Company Registration?

The first procedure, we would normally informed client regarding 3 Commitments client need to follow which is Secretarial Fees, Appointment of Company's Director and Shareholder as well as Client need to consistently pay for Audit Report as well as Annual Return which should be prepare each anniversary date of the Company. Next, Client need to pay business fees according to Paid Up Capital such as:
RM1.00-RM9,999.00               : RM2,800
RM10,000.00-RM900,000.00  : RM4,500
RM1,000,000.00 and Above    : RM6,500

After that, our company will complete process of incorporation from lodging and Filing Form for name search until incorporation together with resolution to open bank account. Businessworld will provide 5 Sets of documentation Certified

a) Photocopy of I/C or Passport of the Director & Shareholder (Min 1 Director & Shareholder)
b) Current Directors/Shareholders Residential Address
c) Current email and phone number
d) 3 Suggested Company names according to priority
e) 3 Principal activities or nature of business
f) Paid up Capital & Percentage (%)
g) Bank information
